The Ultimate Breakthrough

My review of a

Free online coaching with Tony Robins

I am passionate about personal growth and development, so when I saw a free 5 day online seminar with Tony Robins, I signed up. Since then, I have been applying some key tools into my life and have almost immediately seen results-more to my way of thinking and perspective than goals and facts. It has been life changing for me. Truly.

I am excited to share some of my favorite key quotes and teachings I wrote down.

“When you come from your heart, not your head, anything can change and anything is possible in your relationships and life.”

“Do more for others, no credit, as a gift.”

“What things can I do that feels impossible, but it would upgrade my life?”

“Put myself in an environment with people who are doing what I want to be doing.”

“Our lives are impacted by our environment.”

What a woman needs in a relationship:

1) Seen vs. unseen

2) Understood vs. misunderstood

3) Safe vs. Unsafe

What kills a relationship with men:

1) Criticism vs. Praise

2) Closed vs. Open

3) Control vs. Freedom

“Goals are like magnets, they’ll attract the things that make them come true.”

“Every problem is a gift, without problems we wouldn’t grow.”

“If you talk about it, it's a dream. If you envision it, it’s possible. If you schedule it, it’s real.”

There are many more, but these are the best of the best.

Since the seminar, I have been feeling much more focused, and have greater faith. In God, myself, and hopeful for my future. I feel more empowered to tackle the things I used to avoid because it just felt like “too much”.

The quote about problems being a gift is such a huge and positive shift in my mind and perspective-its been a game changer. I have been applying it to every problem that comes up daily.

Just this morning I talked with my 7 year old about this idea of looking for the good in problems. I had knit her mittens and then she lost them. They have been missing for two months. This was so sad for her, and we looked everywhere. We just assumed they were gone.

Then, last night she got out her old coat because her zipper on her current winter coat was broken and she didn’t like wearing that coat anymore. As she put her other coat on, a huge smile spread across her face as she held up the missing mittens!!

I said, just think, we wouldn’t have found those if your zipper wasn’t broken. Something really good came from a problem.

If you haven’t heard of Tony Robbins, or read any of his books, I encourage you to look into getting one from the library. You will not regret it!
