After dealing with Hashimoto's for years and trying to manage all the symptoms, one of the things I did was intentionally use all natural skin care products. I sold all natural skin care as a consultant for four years before branching out and starting my own line. I currently have four products that I stand by. I use the highest quality ingredients and all my scents are 100% natural.
